Our interventions
• help people work together more effectively.
• are responsibility driven and personally focused.
• make people think and help them to see clearly.
• support organisations to achieve operational excellence.
• encourage creative and applicable solutions to business problems.
Examples include; ‘real team’ development, senior team vision & strategy, teams in change, cultural awareness, and personal leadership.
Examples include; Coaching and facilitation workshops, influencing & negotiation skills and presentation skills workshops.
The theme that underpins the success of any intervention is a high degree of business relevance. Personal development and team effectiveness in isolation is a ‘nice to have’ but unless aligned to an organisations current and future reality it can remain abstract and distant.
Connecting and aligning businesses strategy with an intervention is a Syncro priority and the context and background of this view is based on the ‘business alignment model’.
Programme content and design will be influenced by desired outcomes. Syncro uses a wide range of ingredients to make an intervention engaging and memorable. Specific components include: creative team projects, leadership presentations, academic supporting material, psychometric tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Insights & 360 degree feedback as well as key business speakers.
The template used in delivery can vary from a classic ‘project - review’ format to outdoor orientated journey based programmes to community based volunteering events and business conferences.
The setting and environment for Syncro programmes is a key consideration for success often influenced by the venue choice. We have used a range of options including high standard conference facilities, country house hotels, mountain huts, ocean going yachts and desert locations in Gulf of Arabia.
The following areas illustrate some of programme themes and outcomes:
The Syncro approach is based on understanding an organisations current leadership reality and being clear on what is required for the future. Using an accessible and pragmatic leadership approach, programmes are based on demystifying leadership, what it is and what it is not. Participants are given opportunity to build on existing skills and receive feedback. read more
