"Andrew has supported me enormously as my professional coach during the last two years. He has been instrumental in helping me make a number of difficult decisions, the effect of these having made a noticeable impact on my work life.
I believe that without his impartial and reflective approach, I would have struggled to reach that crucial clarity needed to move forward. Andrews’ ongoing guidance has been extremely well timed in my role as a manager of people. In particular, discussing and reviewing strategies for handling sensitive plans regarding change within my unit.
In summary, I would recommend Andrew to any professional who undertakes a challenging people based role. His relaxed, clear and unbiased style is friendly yet powerful."
