Insight - Specialist Registrar (SpR) Modular Development Programme.

Syncro partnered with Alcon UK to engage with a group of doctors working in Ophthalmic Units within the NHS.

The formal programme aims were to support, develop, and prepare SpR’s for the challenges of securing and maintaining a consultant post by providing opportunities for participants to learn more about their personal effectiveness when working with others.
