Chris Cianchi
Chris has 20 years working in development training. A background in adventure sports and experiential learning has led to a facilitative approach directed toward helping clients generate pragmatic solutions.
He has worked as a facilitator and coach with a wide variety of client and training organisations including IMD, Switzerland and Insead France. Chris has worked with clients from graduate to senior executive levels and enjoys the variety this provides. Recent experience working as a contract manager with a medical services provider has also added to his practice.
Recent clients he has worked with include Holcim, Royal Mail, Midlands Co-op, UBS and the NHS.
Chris lives in Windermere with his wife and daughter. Outside of work his main interests include mountain and water activities, new product development and writing.
